SRN Associates Limited (“SRN”) is committed to protecting your online privacy. You may visit most pages on this site without giving us any information. However, sometimes we may need information to provide products or services that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.  This privacy statement only applies to srnassociates.co.uk; it does not apply to other SRN websites, products or services.

Personal Information Collection

You will be asked when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you.  Generally, this information is requested when you are contacting us using e-mail or e-mail forms on this site, or requesting/registering for services such as newsletters.  Personal information collected by SRN often is limited to name and e-mail address, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested.

SRN also does not collect information about your computer hardware or software such as IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring Web site addresses.

SRN collects information about which pages our customers visit within srnassociates.co.uk. This site visitation data is identified only by a unique ID number, and it is never linked with personal information unless a user consents as described below.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

When you give us personal information, SRN will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.  It may be necessary to pass your details to another party such as another consultant or professional advisor, who not employed by SRN.  Any such person will be made aware of this Privacy Policy and will also be bound by our Code of Conduct.  In addition, separate Non Disclosure Agreements can be put in place when required.

SRN may send out periodic e-mails informing you of services, or updates to newsletters or other services you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. You will of course be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings.

We will never pass your personal details to anyone else, except for successors in title to our business, and suppliers that process data on our behalf.

You can obtain a copy of any personal information by contacting SRN as described at the bottom of this statement.  We will provide this information to you within 7 days.

This site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by SRN. Please be aware that SRN are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information.

SRN will occasionally update this privacy statement.  For material changes to this statement, SRN will notify you by placing prominent notice on the Web site.
